Test fixture
Code transformation while preserving behavior and intent.
The model receives the prompt (and optional system message). The run uses scorer rubric_json_metrics with the JSON configuration below. Pass/fail and partial credit are determined entirely by that scorer against the model output; no human grading.
Return JSON only with keys refactor, rationale, tests. Refactor a function that uses raw numeric literals for HTTP status codes (200, 404, 500) and a timeout value (3000) by extracting each into a named constant at the top of the module. All existing behavior must be preserved.
